Risk Disclosure
Critical information regarding the technical risks of custom development and algorithmic execution.
Technical Scope
Nhuga is a technical engineering firm. We do not provide financial advice, managed funds, or proprietary trading software. Our services are strictly limited to the development of custom-coded scripts, indicators, and algorithmic builds based on logic provided by the client.
Logic & Execution Risk
All technical builds are materializations of user-provided logic. Nhuga does not warrant that any logic provided by the client is profitable or market-ready. Automated or algorithmic scripts can execute orders at high speeds; if the underlying logic is flawed, financial losses can occur instantaneously.
Technological Dependency
Custom builds rely on third-party platforms, data providers, and internet connectivity. Hardware failures, software bugs in host platforms (like TradingView or MetaTrader), or data latency can cause technical tools to behave unexpectedly. We are not liable for malfunctions caused by external technical environments.
No Performance Guarantees
Any backtesting results or historical demonstrations of code are for technical verification purposes only. Past performance of a script is not an indicator of future results. Markets are dynamic, and technical code that functioned in past conditions may fail as market regimes shift.
Client Responsibility
The client assumes 100% responsibility for the deployment and monitoring of any code built by Nhuga. You must rigorously test all scripts in a non-risk (demo) environment before live application. Nhuga assumes no liability for financial damages resulting from the use of custom builds.
Compliance & Regulation
Trading regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the use of automated scripts or custom technical tools is permitted under your local laws and by your specific brokerage or exchange.
Acknowledgement of Risk
By engaging Nhuga for technical development, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks described above. You agree that our role is strictly as a **technical builder** and that you bear all financial and operational risks associated with the logic and scripts developed for your use.
