Strictly Service-Based
Nhuga is not a software vendor. We do not provide, lease, or sell pre-built technical software or trading systems. We are strictly developers and tech builders for hire.
All work is custom-built based on client-provided specifications.
We do not offer 'Nhuga Software' as a standalone product.
Our role is restricted to technical execution and coding services.
Service Boundaries
As technical builders, we supply the labor and expertise to materialize your logic. We make no guarantees regarding the financial performance of that logic.
We do not warrant that your logic is fit for market conditions.
We do not provide 'updates' for market-related performance issues.
Liability is limited strictly to the delivery of functional code.
Ownership & Liability
The risk/reward of any system we develop is the exclusive responsibility of the client. We build the engine; you drive the car.
Clients own the logic and the resulting financial outcomes.
Nhuga is not responsible for financial losses or data errors.
Deployment and risk management are entirely under client control.
Legal Framework
These terms define the client-developer relationship. Any work started implies full agreement to these operational boundaries.
Terms may be updated to reflect evolving engineering standards.
Data is handled per our Privacy Policy to ensure project security.
Disputes are governed by local jurisdictional laws.
Contractual Agreement
By hiring Nhuga, you explicitly acknowledge that we are strictly developers and tech builders. We do not provide our own technical software products. Our service is the provision of technical labor to build systems according to your proprietary requirements and logic.
