Common questions
What's the difference between Incubation and Verified strategies?
Incubation strategies are new ideas we're forward-testing publicly on labs.nhuga.com — Researcher (free) users can watch them run and study the data. Verified strategies have passed our 16-point verification process with 45+ days of consistent live results — they're only unlocked at Pro and above.
Do I get trade signals?
Yes — Pro, Premium, and Elite all include real-time Telegram signals whenever a Verified strategy opens or closes a position. Each signal includes the instrument, direction, entry, stop loss, and take profit, with the strategy version tagged for traceability. Separate Telegram channels per instrument category (Gold, Crypto, Forex, Indices) let you follow only what you trade.
Elite vs Premium — what's actually different?
Elite is not a secret source of better strategies (Elite-tier strategies are already unlocked at Premium). What Elite gives you is risk-configuration flexibility — three risk variants of every flagship portfolio (Apex, Core, Vault) with position sizing tuned to your account size, a custom portfolio builder, priority access to newly Verified strategies, and monthly personalized portfolio review.
What are Apex, Core, and Vault?
Three risk configurations of every portfolio. Apex is growth-oriented with larger positions (1.0–2.0% risk/trade) — higher expected return, higher expected drawdown. Core is balanced (0.5–1.0% risk/trade) — the default for most traders. Vault is conservative (0.25–0.5% risk/trade) — capital-preservation first, for traders who can't afford a challenge failure. Each variant includes exact position sizing, Monte Carlo simulation, and prop-firm pass probability at that risk level.
Do you also offer one-time portfolio packages?
Yes. The Single-Instrument Portfolio ($149) is a deep-dive report giving you access to a portfolio spread across multiple verified Nhuga strategies for one instrument of your choice (Gold, BTC, ETH, major FX, indices), delivered in 48–72 hours. The Diversified Custom Build ($497) is a fully personalized multi-instrument portfolio spread across Gold, Crypto, Forex, and Indices, tailored to your account type, risk tolerance, and prop-firm rules, delivered in 5–7 business days with post-delivery text support. All conversations happen in text — we don't do calls.
Elite subscription vs the $497 one-time — what's the difference?
Elite ($147/mo) is an ongoing subscription: continuous access to every portfolio and every risk variant, monthly rebalancing notifications, updates when strategies are added or replaced, and access to every future portfolio Nhuga publishes for as long as you're subscribed. The $497 Diversified Custom Build is a one-time purchase: you get access to the tailored portfolio we build for you (either your custom brief or one of our flagship portfolios) delivered once. No future updates, no rebalancing notifications, no access to later-added portfolios. Same one-time rule applies to the $149 Single-Instrument package — one delivery, no ongoing updates.
Are strategies compatible with prop firm challenges?
Yes — Premium and Elite portfolios include a funded-account compatibility matrix showing pass probability for FTMO, FundingPips, FundedNext, FXIFY, and others. Elite's risk variants let you tune the portfolio so pass probability matches your chosen firm's rules and your risk tolerance.
Do you sell the source code of your strategies?
No. We never sell the Pine Script or source code behind our verified strategies — it's our core IP. What your subscription gives you is access: verified strategies deployable to your TradingView chart, real-time signals, portfolio reports, allocations, backtests, and forward-tests. You use them, you don't own the underlying code.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account whenever you want. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues to the end of the current paid period. No penalties.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Subscriptions are non-refundable for change of mind, dissatisfaction with performance, or any reason once the billing period has started. See our Subscription & Refund Policy for the narrow exceptions (duplicate charges, verified platform outages, fraud).
